Zoey's Restaurant

Zoey's
5378 State Hwy 265
Branson, Mo 65616

417-338-6511

Zoeys is a owned by George and Debra Loannides and specializes in Medierranean Cuisine. You know when you walk in that you are not talking a cheap dinner because they use white tablecloths and have nice china and the napkins are neatly tucked into the glasses. In the background is Greek music.

The food is excellent and well prepared. We began the meal with the hummus which was the best we had ever eaten. Brokerbelle loves hummus.

HarleyDad is a Greek major, had hung out at some Greek bars, done Greek dancing, and had eaten at the base of the Acropolis in Athens. Having consumed my share of Ouzo over the years, I felt that I had some experience with Greek food.

H.D. ordered the Mousaka and Brokerbelle ordered the lamb. Both were delicious and the quantities were ample. Princessbelle had the salmon.

Harley dad also had an ouzo, the Greek liquor.

We passed on dessert.

For three, the tab came to $97.00 before tips. A little more than we would like to spend in the Ozarks.

I think we will save this one back for special occasions or when we want to say "Oopah!"

Thanks for the restaurant! I'll come check it out when I'm there. Any good Branson hotels to stay at?
