Spring is Back.
Hurrah!
Spring has come! How do we know? Simple. Sales are up at stores. Tanger Mall is packed with cars and there is no parking. The 76 Strip has slowed to a crawl. The stores and shows are opening after their short winter nap from January through February. Lastly the trees are blooming.
